Ellie:
Manager / Senior Stylist /
Artistic Senior Technician & Trainer
Joined our team in July 1999

Starting as a Saturday girl, then went on to Vidal Sassoon’s to complete her training and gained a Vidal Sassoon NVQ 2 diploma in all aspects of Men's and Ladies hairstyling. Ellie is a very creative cutter, excels in creative colouring, Long Hair foil hi-lights, Yuko Hair Straightening system and Brazilian KeraStraight Treatment.

She has 12 years experience, a very friendly caring bubbly nature and excellent customer care skills with a professional approach.

Dee:
Deputy Manager / Artistic Senior Stylist / Senior Technician & Trainer
Joined our team in October 2004.

Dee has worked and trained in top salons both here and abroad. Dee is a highly trained hairdresser with 14 years experience in all aspects of Men's and Ladies Hairstyling, Cutting, Complicated Colouring, Foil Hi-Lights, Perming and Hair Extension, she also enjoys working with Long Hair. Dee is eager to meet you all, request her by name when booking your appointment. She has a caring, professional, friendly, quiet nature. 

Lauren:
Assisting Manger / Senior Stylist /Senior Technician & Trainer
Rejoined our team in August 2006.

Lauren is highly trained with 12 years experience. She originally started with us as a junior, successfully completed all her training including NVQ 2 with Kay and Kompany. She then left to work in other Top London Salons to gain more experience. Lauren is very creative, excels in all aspects of Mens and Ladies hairstyling, including cutting, various Colouring, Foil Hi-lighting, and Perming Techniques. Plus, Hair Up, Bridal Hair, Yuko Hair Straightening System, and Brazilian KeraStraight Treatment. Lauren has a caring, quiet nature with a professional approach.

Kerrie:
Top Stylist/ Top Technician / Head Assistant
Joined our team in May 2005

As a Saturday girl, went on to complete NVQ 2 in June of 2007 with Merits. Kerrie has 7 years experience, and gained various Colouring, Cutting, and Perming Diplomas. She will be completing a higher level of NVQ3/4 in hairdressing and management in, December 2011. Kerrie is a first class hairdresser and excels in Yuko Hair Straightening System, Brazilian KeraStraight, Long Hair Highlighting and Blow-Drying. Kerrie has excellent customer care skills and a professional sweet caring nature.

Julie:
Artistic Director/ Senior Technician /Head Trainer and Assessor
Joined our team in 1990

After working and training in Knightsbridge with Harrods, Daniel Galvin, and Head Gardener. She holds various diplomas including, NVQ 2 & 3, D32 & D33 plus a teaching qualification in hairdressing. With 29 years experience in hairdressing and customer care, Julie now mainly teaches and assesses for Barnet College.. Luckily for Kay and Kompany Julie still works with us. She is available to clients on every other Saturday. Always check with reception as sometimes Julie does extra days during the college holidays

Fernanda (Fan for short):
Artistic Senior Stylist / Senior Technician
Joined our team in 2000.

Fan is highly trained with 14 years experience. She has worked in one of London's top West End salons and holds various diplomas including, NVQ 3. Fan is very creative; she excels in all aspects of hairdressing, including, Cutting, Colouring, Foil Hi-lighting techniques, complicated Colour Correction, Brazilian KeraStraight Treatment and Yuko Hair Straightening System. She has a very caring friendly nature with a professional approach.
 

Danielle: Junior Stylist/ Head
Assistant - Joined our team in 2009

Katerina:
Head Beauty Therapist
Joined our team in April 2002

Katerina has proved to be highly qualified in all aspects of beauty and body therapy including, Electrolysis. Katerina has achieved the C.I.B.B.I.C. national qualification and holds the C.I.D.E.S.C.O. international qualification. If you are seeking a professional, enjoyable and relaxing treatment or would like to try the natural essence of the Dermalogica Beauty Treatments or Skin care range then a visit to Katerina is necessary. All her treatments are available to both men and women.

Maria:
Head Receptionist / Salon Co-ordinator
Joined our team in March 2011.

Maria is our Receptionist and our Salon Co-ordinator, which enables her to advise, and answer any queries you may have, she also keeps our Salon, appointments, and computer running smoothly.

 

Kay:
Founder of Kay & Kompany in 1986.

Kay trained with Vidal Sassoon, has 40 years experience and a wealth of knowledge in hairdressing and customer care. Kay is responsible for team training and recruitment, keeping and maintaining the ethos of Kay & Kompany. Her favourite saying is “It takes special hairdressers to work with Kay and Kompany"
